the month in utah is flying by...how is it already the end of the month? i have so much to catch up on. ah! we've been go go go everyday. my mother has informed me i have not posted on my blog for awhile.... im pretty sure she is the only one that reads it/the only reason i do it. ha. this week has been a physically challenging week. cross fit it kicking my butt. literally. we are trying to fit in all of our river runs, climbing, hiking, tennis, longboarding. rollerblading, and everything else this last week. i'll post better. later. i promise.

we spent the entire week hiding away up in the beautiful mountains of park city with the family. the mountains make me happy. i have way too many pictures but here are a few....

we hiked up guardsmen pass with the fam and then went back a few days later, just the husband and i. it is an amazingly beautifully cool hike. the kids pretty much lived in the pool all week.

if you haven't heard of the alpine coaster (not the alpine slide) you better go check it out. its our fav. don't never pull up on the brake (it ruins the experience, just trust me) and then speed your way down through trees. so fun! thanks martin for all the free rides:)

we went to the deer valley free outdoor concert. reggae night. it was surprisingly my mother's idea (her hippie side slips out sometimes) and we had a blast dancing on stage with the reggae band. jaycee has some sweet moves i had to steal:)

the husband and i drove back to the valley friday night. we played some tennis and then found out the rooftop concert was in ten minutes so of course we changed in our car and headed over. thank you joshua james for always playing when i come to town. i have been attending your concerts for a long time now and i am still in love...with his music of course.... sayde price opened for him and i immediately got her songs on itunes. go check her out. amazing.

it was a perfect day/night. i just love this momma and her babe (below). they are the cutest, coolest people i know.

i forgot to mention the excitement (drama) of the week. my little niece got an early birthday present...a pet ferret. she is so paris hilton. she has already bathed it in the tub and got a leash to take it on walks. she loves it....her mother, not so much:) we'll see how it goes.

we survived!

dont worry, we didnt die from juicing. almost though. it was a true test of will power. it honestly sucked at first, but i do have to admit i felt a lot better by day 5. if we would have done a full 10 days i think i it would have gotten better and better. i think. it was pretty hard though. im glad its over. we will be doing it again. for now i am just going to love eating my sweets. first thing i got...yogurtland. duh.
